Residents pay an ingoing contribution. What is an ingoing contribution?
An ingoing contribution grants the right of occupancy and security of tenure to the accommodation you select for a 99 year period.
And at The Lodge we have the ability to tailor the entry price to suit your requirements.
We sit down with you and your family and provide all of the information you need to decide which is the best option for your circumstances.
And paying an ingoing contribution may also allow you to continue to receive your highest pension entitlements.
The ingoing contribution is refunded to the resident if they leave The Lodge Upper Coomera, minus the retention, interest or other fees owed. For more information on current retentions, please contact Brenton Edwards from The Lodge Upper Coomea.
Retention
A retention is your contribution to the running costs associated with the accommodation – maintaining The premises and refurbishment before re-occupation.
Importantly, there are no exit fees.
