What is assisted living?
At The Lodge Upper Coomera, all meals are provided, plusdaily baked home goods and biscuits for morning and afternoon teas, weekly cleaning and linen change. (See what’s included for more details). And, for your own peace of mind knowing that there is 24 hour on call emergency assistance.

Why choose The Lodge?
Many elderly people don’t necessarily have medical or nursing care needs, but may simply be seeking to make the necessary lifestyle change which many seniors need to consider. At The Lodge you’ll have new friends in a community of your own age, a much wider range of choices and activities for daily living. As a result of moving into The Lodge you may still have money in the bank to plan those holidays or do those things you’ve always dreamed of.

At The Lodge our mission is to provide all the elements for time of your life -

Comfort
Security
Companionship
Socialisation
Access to an active lifestyle
And importantly, choice.

The Lodge Upper Coomera is specifically designed for our senior citizens who generally are in the post-retirement process and who have a fine appreciation of their latter life needs.
Statistics clearly indicate that 75% of the people aged over the age of 85 years have special needs.

Statistics also show that as people enter the senior years, their retirement accommodation generally becomes unmanageable and ergonomically inappropriate. Seniors generally need to down-size to something more appropriate to their individual abilities and physical condition. Also in the senior years, people may not wish to purchase another asset, often because it is difficult to afford the cash outgoings associated with the purchase.
