Our Accommodation

The Lodge Gold Coast aged care offers purpose-built Assisted Living Accommodation for 49 residents in 34 one bedroom units and 3 community cottages. The Lodge design creates a homelike environment in the true tradition of the gracious Australian homestead in a variety of suites styles and units.

The Lodge also offers the flexibility for residents to move location or style of accommodation within the community at no cost.

One Bedroom Units

The 34 individual units consist of one bedroom with an ensuite and separate living area that comprises a lounge room, private kitchen / launderette and dining. Each unit has the luxury of an outdoor covered area in which to enjoy the warm summer evenings.

Each unit is approximately 40 square metres in area. Each unit is furnished in natural timber and heritage decor, each with ceiling fans. All rooms have a view of the gardens through full length windows and many villas have full wheelchair and scooter access inside and out.

Reverse cycle air conditioning is an available option for residents.

The Ingoing Contributions for these units range from $225,000 for the smaller units to $285,000 for the larger units.

Community Cottage 1 Bedroom Suites

The Lodge Upper Coomera includes three Community Cottages, with five bedrooms to each cottage. Within each of the three Community Cottages each individual has their own suite consisting of a very large private bedroom with an ensuite and large private patio. Each house has a common central dining area, lounge, kitchenette and laundry.

Natural timber and heritage colours are a feature in each home and all suites have ceiling fans. All common areas in the Community Cottages are reverse cycle air conditioned at the management’s expense. All bed-sitters are fitted out for individual air conditioning which is an available option for residents.

Each Community Cottage suites have a view of the gardens through full length windows with full wheelchair and scooter access inside and out.

There are also a limited number of one bedroom suites within the Community Cottages which also enjoy their own private lounge area. The rooms range from $125,000 to $215,000.
